# Songbird

Songbird is Flare's canary network, used to test upgrades, applications, and data-focused features with real economic value before they reach Flare. It is EVM-compatible and mirrors Flare's enshrined data protocols, so point your standard EVM clients at the Songbird endpoints to validate behaviour in production-like conditions.
